All-polymer TFTs are developed using an inkjet printing process. Conductive polymer is deposited onto a substrate having a wettability contrast to realize a channel length of 10μm and 500μm width. Polymer integrated circuits and active-matrix backplanes are also developed and their operation demonstrated.
