Energy management of buildings has a lot of issues, such as response to the change of the building or functions. In order to cope with such problems, the new building energy management system based on multiagent, BEMAS, has been designed. Based on the design, a prototype system with limited functions has been developed. The agents are assigned for every component such as equipment or functions that change frequently, and their cooperation carries out the management, and in order to give full play to BEMS ability, Literacy Free Interface that offers user support and know-how management system have been proposed.
