Ethernet communications based on single chip microcomputer (SCM) can be implemented with RTL8019AS controlled by 89CS2. In this article, the hardware framework of Ethernet communications node and the connection between RTL8019AS and 89C52 are particularly introduced. It also provides the system block diagram and problems which should have attention while implementing a real program.
