Summary form only given. This talk will focus on techniques for exploiting partial channel knowledge at the transmitter in MISO and MIMO wireless systems using pre- coding. Different classes of partial channel knowledge (noisy estimate, covariance, parametric, etc.) will be considered. Also different performance measures such as channel capacity and error rate will be considered. The talk will survey current state-of-the-art and list some interesting open problems.
