Integration is the collection, exchange, treatment, storage and the use of the data. The integration of the various functions of a company by means of information technologies is a fundamental factor for controlling systems. Consequently, the information system is regarded as an integrated factor of the functions and services for integrated company. The exchanges, carried out within the system, in term of information flow are supported by the communication system. Therefore, the automatization is joined with integration and is carried out via the mechanisms offered by the communication system. The idea is that the configuration of the communications between entities of an automated system could be resulted from the design of its information system. Based on that, it is necessary to have a generalized models and an open architecture of system making it possible to identify and represent the principal components, process, activities, sources of information, and constraints necessary to the operation of the company. Then, it is necessary to obtain a methodology of integration that will define the whole of the rules, techniques and procedures to be followed to succeed the integration process. The reference architectures such as CTM-OSA, GRAI-GIM and Purdue were developed standardized or in way to be standardized represent tools for the generation of the remote control, scheduling and communication applications. One of the famous integration platforms is CCE-CNMA.
