Multi-beam Klystron (MBK) is a new type of high power broadband microwave vacuum device. The main design consideration includes: the cavity of MBK operates on TM010 fundamental mode, the RF interaction part includes 6 buncher cavities and a filter-loaded double gap coupling cavity operating on π mode and the collector and drift tube are cooled by high-speed water. The ANSYS software is used to calculate the heat dissipation on output drift tube and collector. The temperature distribution of collector and output drift tube was analysed. The maximum temperature on output drift tube and collector are 319°C and 204°C separately.
