At present, the increase in the needs of long life learning, then necessity for remote education has increased as one of the educational techniques. Along with the popularization of the Internet and broadband, many people exchanging more and using video among remote sites. Even now communication high definition video communication is possible and various remote educational systems are proposed. However, in order to realize the type sophisticated lesson accompanied by exercise and practical training distantly, it is necessary to grasp during the lesson. Moreover, in the case where more interactive communication is performed on real time, high speed network is needed. Multiple video images with various angle are require, during the lesson is grasped using a panorama video. And real time interactive communication is realized on IP network using by a transcoding function. The next generation remote educational support system is proposed, and mounting, evaluation, and validity are described.
