This paper presents the design of a low voltage and high speed driver circuit for Boost DC-DC converter. The supply voltage of the circuit is as low as 1V, and the frequency is as high as 1 MHz. The paper introduces the spirit of design in detail, and presents the factual circuit finally. This circuit is designed on the base of Samsung BCH4 process, and its performance has been verified by HSPICE simulation.
