Performance optimization becomes an increasingly dominant factor in global routing. This paper presents a performance optimization global routing algorithm CEE-Gr with RLC crosstalk constraints, which to our knowledge, is the first to study coupling noise, timing performance, and routability simultaneously at global routing level. The CEE-Gr has been implemented and tested on MCNC benchmarks and the experimental results are promising.
