The low cost distributed network may be a feasible solution scheme for the wireless networks in the future. Therefore, the wireless ad-hoc networks are taken more attention recently. In this paper, the novel distributed channel access and power control algorithms are proposed for the ad-hoc network based on code division multiple access (CDMA) technology. These algorithms are distributed/autonomous, maintain the required quality of service (QoS) of active links, and make the channel access process efficiently.
