It is well known that the Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) technology is the powerful method for in situ density measurement of certain molecules with nanosecond time windows under complex chemical reactions such as the non-thermal plasma, flames, and so on even at the atmospheric pressure or more. We have already developed LIF method to observe NO decomposition behavior in NO-contaminated nitrogen by the nanoseconds pulse discharge. This time, the generation and reduction of NO in nitrogen and oxygen are investigated. The observing area is a streamer between a positive needle electrode and a ground plate covered with a dielectric film.
