Knowledge-based approach in solving problems of Internet education

In the report questions the problematic of processes connected to the decision arising in the distributed educational environments connected by means of the world computer network the Internet are considered. Approaches based on knowledge or knowledge-based approaches have received recently a wide circulation, as the direction of activity allowing better to estimate system from positions of obvious and implicit knowledge. Formalization of the given approaches has got support on the part of realization of computer systems and programs, and both at a level of the applied software, and at a level of operational system network maintenance of global, corporate and local realizations. Offered by the author of the report variants of realizations of decisions represent as use of standardized protocols on macrolevel, and original private solutions on a microlevel.
