1 Author(s)
Canizares, C.A. ; Dept. of Electr. & Comput. Eng., Univ. of Waterloo, Ont., Canada

The author comments on the paper by C. R. Fuerte-Esquivel et al (see ibid., vol.15, p.58-64, 2000), pointing out that the model proposed is basically the same as one previously proposed by himself and Z. T. Faur (see ibid., vol.14, p.158-65, 1999). Certain issues were not discussed in the paper by Canizares, hence the author requests the views and experience of Fuerte-Esquivel et al. in the areas raised.
