DyCER is the Dynamic Collaboration Environment for Research system under development by Shinkuro, designed to support rapid formation of coalitions and persistent collaboration within the coalitions under a wide variety of security and communication environments. Version 1 of DyCER shares data using replication and uses e-mail as its initial transport layer.
