In the original paper (see ibid., vol.17, p.983-90, 2002), it was shown that three-phase transformers with three-limb cores are commonly used in power systems. Therefore, it is important to analyze the (/spl lambda/-i) characteristics for the three-limb and the zero-sequence (/spl lambda//sub 0/-i/sub 0/) characteristics characteristics at no-load, symmetric, and asymmetric loads. The original authors did address this important topic, and the author of this paper would like to commend them for their extensive work.
