The model problem, which was reflecting the most important aspects of the voltage sharpening process in circuits with power supply from high-inductive energy storage, possessing large discharge time constant and presence of the light mobile element in the form of the electron loop is investigated in the authors report. The development of this type of generator for making a sequence of nanosecond impulses from a long microsecond impulse is offered in the present report.
