This paper presents an information hiding algorithm based on wavelet-decomposition in color images. By multi-resolution decomposition of the wavelet, the host image is decomposed to get the detail coefficients. The secret image, firstly permuted by the Arnold transform, is decomposed into a stream of bits that are embedded into the relationship among the detail coefficients of the host image. During extraction the original image is not required. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can produce a stego-image with perceptual invisibility, better secrecy and a certain robustness.
