The main aim the paper is to study a method for intercepting and processing one type of nonstationary signal - a linear frequency modulation (LFM) signal, bring forward a method for estimating the frequency of the LFM signal and put forward an algorithm to estimate the 2D DOA based on a MUSIC algorithm.
