Comments on "Instability of optimal-aim control"

This note discusses the conclusions of the above paper on the instability of optimal-aim strategies relative to controllable linear systems. Contrary to these conclusions, it is proved that under fully implemented optimal-aim strategies, all controllable linear systems are stabilized.
