Simple approach for a class of linear time-varying digital filters with generalized delay elements

Belal-Shenoi transform [1] and Huang-Aggarwal theorem [2] can be combined to form a simple approach for solving a class of the linear time-varying difference equations with generalized delay elements; Some examples have been worked out to illustrate the powerfulness of this approach.
