Comments on "Network Synthesis with Lossy Reactances

In the paper by Andersen and Lee, five conditions on
S_{11}(\lambda)
are shown to be necessary for a realizable
\tilde{Z}(\lambda)
. In this correspondence, it is shown that only four of these conditions are necessary and it is proved that they are also sufficient.
