The effect of rapid quenching and alloying with carbon and nitrogen on the superconducting properties of the Nb3Ge compound has been studied. The quantitative phase X-ray analysis of the studied specimens depending on the content of alloying components has been carried out. The temperature at which the transition into the superconducting state occurs as well the parameters of the alloy lattices have been investigated.
