A direct method to predict instantaneous saturation curve from rms saturation curve

A direct and simple method to obtain an analytic form of the true saturation characteristic from the rms saturation curve is suggested. The method makes use of the entire range of the rms saturation curve in a way as is done in curve fitting techniques, and is tested against published experimental results.
