For somers = 2^{mn}, there exist periodicr times sbinary arrays such that allm times nbinary matrices will appear in it. As two-dimensional versions of de Bruijn sequences, these kinds of arrays have possible applications in cryptography and the design of mask configurations for spectrometers.
