On the capacity region of a discrete two-user channel for strong interference (Corresp.)

The capacity region of a simple discrete two-user channel for the transmission of two separate messages is studied in the strong interference case. It is shown that in this case the inner bound to the capacity region practically coincides with the outer bound.
