Formation and propagation of envelope solitons of dipolar spin waves under the action of nonstationary parametric pumping and dynamics of phase-conjugated signals created in the process of soliton interaction with pumping have been investigated. The influence of parametric pumping on the threshold of soliton formation was shown to be critically dependent on the moment of application of the pumping pulse. The qualitatively different behavior of phase-conjugated pulses created by linear and nonlinear (solitonic) incident signals was discovered. The possibility of soliton formation in phase-conjugated wave was considered.
