A 14ns 256kx1 CMOS SRAM with multiple test modes

TESTABILITY IN STATIC MEMORIES is becoming more essential as their sophistication and density increases. This paper will describe a fast 256kxl with an access time of 1411s and an implementation of accessing test modes in SRAMs.
