In this paper, we have proposed a time delay and chromatic dispersion measurement method by using bi-directional modulation of MZM and NA. The chromatic dispersion of 2.235 km Corning SMF-28TM optical fiber has been measured by the proposed method to confirm its performance. As a result, the difference between the measured and the given chromatic dispersion shows less than 0.19 [ps/nm·km] over the measured wavelength of 1500-1580 nm.
