Polymer composite systems that show their dielectric constant based on the interfacial polarization mechanism are studied for integral capacitor applications. Dielectric properties of polymer incorporated with spherical particles coated with gold and silver, and highly structured particle such as carbon black were investigated. The effects of different type of filler and the filler loading on dielectric properties are investigated.
