Double minimum laxity threshold (MLT), double queue length threshold (QLT), and hysteresis QLT algorithms are proposed as dynamic priority scheduling techniques for advanced processing of multiple class traffic. The performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed by computer simulation. According to the simulation results, it can be shown that the proposed algorithms enhance the processing performance versus the conventional algorithm for two or more classes of delay sensitive traffic and for two or more classes of non-real-time traffic
