Computation of /spl Lscr//sub 2/[0, h] induced norms

This paper studies computation of /spl Lscr//sub 2/[0, h] induced norms of finite-dimensional linear systems. The problem under study plays an important role in several H/sub /spl infin// control problems pertaining to linear time-delay and sampled-data systems. We provide new characterizations of the /spl Lscr//sub 2/[0, h] induced norm, and based upon the new characterizations we propose an effective algorithm for its computation.
