The human resource management (HRM) of e-commerce enterprises presents electronic characteristics in Network Economy Era. Electronic Human Resource Management contains many advantages comparing with traditional HRM. In the selection of the Human Resource Management strategies of e-commerce enterprises, the background of e-commerce should be taken into account and particular emphasis should be put on talents choosing, talents cultivating, talents using and talents keeping.
