A class of networked control systems is investigated where the plant has time-varying norm-bounded parameter uncertainties and both the sensor-to-controller and controller-to-actuator channels implement multiple-packet transmission and experience random packet dropouts. Sufficient conditions for synthesis of robust stochastic stabilisation and design of robust H¿ controller are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. An example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
