This paper describes an online temperature measurement system using wireless communication technology. The system is used in a temperature monitor of high-voltage equipments. A low power-consumption CPU and a precise thermo- resistance constitute the circuit of temperature measurement device, which can accurately measure temperature of equipments. To the indoor equipments, the real-time temperature datum sampled by the temperature measurement device is sent to receiver with infrared communication, and to the outdoor, with RF wireless communication. The scheme is a guarantee the security to isolate between high voltage side and low voltage side. And the devices are a part of an online temperature monitor system. This system has been putting into practice operation.
