The network induced delay and packets dropout in the networked control systems can degrade the system performance or stability. NCSs with random but bounded delays and packets dropout have been modeled as discrete-time jump fuzzy systems in the paper. And then, the guaranteed cost controller is designed for this discrete-time jump fuzzy system. Simulation examples are carried out to the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
