The ITS implementation must integrate traffic information and computational resource as the service-oriented OGSA grid architecture throws light on the establishment of urban intelligent traffic information system. The Globus resource integration method and its system development tools support the traffic information integration and platform cooperation to be more open and transparent. The grid service and extended Web service support the sufficient resource sharing and efficient traffic information service. The grid system is an advanced platform supporting modeling, emulating, data processing and information service in urban ITS.
