Minimization of number of metrological parameters for data acquisition systems

This paper considers the metrological model of the data acquisition system (DAS). The main attention is focused on the DAS on the basis of the sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter. The choice of the minimum number of parameters of the DAS allowing evaluation of the uncertainty of A/D conversion with reasonable accuracy is investigated.
