Determination of amplifying devices noise parameters with the help of a computer

A new method based on the approximation theory of determining the noise parameters of a canonical equivalent noise substitution circuit of real amplifying devices is presented in this paper. This method allows us to improve the accuracy of measurements and to automate their process.
