Guest Editorial Special Section on ISSM 2000

NEW CHALLENGES of the semiconductor industry has been requiring paradigm shifts in semiconductor manufacturing to promote the industry to be healthy and competitive in the 21st century. The International Symposium on Semiconductor Manufacturing (ISSM) was founded based on the principal that people in the industry as well as the academic community to share technical solutions and opinions on the advancement/ innovation of semiconductor manufacturing.
