An integrated environment for configurable designs

Challenges arise in delivering IP content to meet the requirements of a range of IP consumers. We describe an overall design methodology which allows IP features and performance to be customized and rapidly deployed to new libraries. These techniques are also appropriate outside of the IP model when design reuse and robustness are critical.
