Design of maxflat fir filters

An optimal design method for MAXFLAT FIR filters is proposed hare. A polynomial mapping approach is used to search the optimal order of filter and required flatness at w=O and W=/spl pi/. Explicit expressions for computation of to-efficients of low pass filters are tried here. The algorithms to transform low pass co-efficients into high pass, band pass and band rejection are proposed.
