Corrections [to "Tag, you're it!" and "Doherty goes digital"]

Due to a production error, the illustrations for Table 1 on page 70 of "Tag, you're it!," [by N.C. Karmaker, ibid., vol. 17, no. 7, pp. 64-74, July 2016] are switched. The illustration on the right should appear under the heading "The Gain Measurement of an Antenna," and the illustration on the left should appear under the heading "The RCS Measurement of a Tag." On the opening page of "Doherty goes digital" [by R. Darraji, et al., ibid., vol. 17, no. 8, pp. 41-51, Aug. 2016], the author affiliations are listed incorrectly.
