On the constrained controllability of linear time-varying discrete systems

In this paper, the authors study the constrained complete controllability to the origin of various classes of time-varying discrete-time systems under an assumption of a Kalman-type uniform controllability. They will give sufficient conditions for complete controllability for both stable and unstable systems.
