Abstract:

Collaborative project development has been based on the active participation of project members in planning, control and networking creation for information, communication and collaboration management among participating organizations. In this dynamic, the organizations have made efforts and provided technical, technological and human resources to achieve a product that could hardly develop individually. Although there are tools to integrate, monitor and manage collaborative processes in projects, it is uncommon to find technological support to manage the knowledge produced during its execution. Usually this knowledge is not documented and disappears over time, losing a major asset. In this study we propose to apply a knowledge management approach based on the decision recovery for collaborative project management. This objective is achieved from the interactions that occur among participants of a project and its application to a set of usage scenarios. This proposal is applied to the collaborative project management that is supported by the MONO tool in order to integrate, control and optimize the production processes of digital content and is implemented using a semantic wiki.
