Novel Criteria for Exponential Stability of Linear Neutral Time-Varying Differential Systems

Using a novel approach, we get explicit criteria for exponential stability of linear neutral time-varying differential systems. A brief discussion to the obtained results is given. To the best of our knowledge, the results of this technical note are new.
