A blood alcohol measurement device using a fixed frequency photospectrometer

There are many people who go out for a night on the town without thinking about the potential dangers of drinking alcohol and then driving. A simple, noninvasive system is needed to test these people before they leave the bar to determine if they are competent to drive. The purpose of this project is to study, design, build, and test a fixed frequency photospectrometer that will test the blood alcohol content of a person noninvasively.
