Underground Residential And Commercial Distribution Progress in North Central Electric Association Utilities

This paper presents a brief summary of the practices of underground distribution of the utilities in the North Central Electric Association Utilities. It describes present design criteria used in underground residential and commercial systems and makes special note of changes made since 1976.
