A Novel Low Phase Noise X-Band Oscillator

In this article, we presented an X-band oscillator based on a novel CCMR using SIW technology. The measured results show that the proposed oscillator using active complementary coupled metamaterial has low phase noise and a good FOM for a given size and dc power consumption.
