The tutorial in this issue is reserved for classical radar cross section (RCS) measurements. The follow-up tutorial, on software-controlled novel RCS measurement approaches, will hopefully be ready for the April 2014 issue. Brian Fisher, one of the Associate Editors of the Measurement Corner, has been working on that. We'll also have more interesting quizzes and tutorials in the year 2014.
