Control of a class of hybrid systems application to a water supply system

A control synthesis approach is proposed for a class of hybrid systems modeled with rectangular hybrid automata. This control is applied in a water supply system intended for consumption, in order to guarantee a certain level of water and a low energy cost. The basic steps of the approach consist in the addition of the desired control specifications to the system's model, then the determination of the reachable state spaces of the constrained automaton and finally the computation of the clock intervals that respect the specifications in a maximal permissive way.
